Soft and Hard Landscaping

Our approach is sympathetic to nature and blends hard and soft landscaping to deliver stunning, planet-friendly outdoor spaces.

All hard landscaping focuses on using long-lasting, sustainable materials that improve aesthetically over time and compliment their natural surroundings

Perfect planting comes from careful thought about which plants will thrive in your garden. We lean towards plants that are native to our region, these are more likely to flourish and provide a haven for wildlife.

Testimonials

"Sam came highly recommended to us and we are so pleased that we asked him to create a deck in our garden. He came with great design ideas and built a solid deck with an excellent finish. He was reliable, friendly and a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with the end result and it has transformed the way we use our garden". Liz Upton, Cambourne (Bark.com).

"We hired Sam to construct a garden pergola and raised beds with a planting scheme. He came in on the quote and did a professional job. We will be recommending Sam to friends and family"

Ben Hudson, Cambridge.

"Let your imagination run wild"

Vertical planting - living walls are fast becoming a popular method to increase planting options or even a great way to conceal a brick wall or fence.

Sensory gardens - a method of planting to stimulate all of the five senses which will enhance our connection with nature.

Night scented plants - some insects like moths are attracted by night opening flowers and the perfume they emit.

Prairie style planting - this style of planting is free flowing and incorporates the sowing or planting of perennials and grasses. Its one of the most naturalistic ways of planting and can attract a magnitude of wildlife to your garden, including pollinators.

Water features and ponds - aquatic habitats can support a huge variety of species to add to your gardens biodiversity.

"Our garden needed a full remodel after a big building project. Sam made the process very easy, handling design, clearance, hard landscaping, custom construction and soft planting. The work was carried out very professionally (despite uncomfortably hot weather!) and we're very pleased with the results".
